Your earned Pleaser Points will remain active in your account for 24 months from the date they were earned. We recommend using your points before they expire to take full advantage of the rewards you've accumulated. You can always check your points balance and expiration dates on this page when logged in.

We'll send you a reminder email when any of your points are approaching their expiration date, giving you time to redeem them.

While you can’t stack multiple Pleaser Points coupons on a single order, you can use one Pleaser Points coupon alongside any active promo code. This means you can still maximize savings by applying your points discount on top of other site-wide or seasonal promotions.

Example:

• ✅ Allowed: Using a 20% off promo code and a $10 Pleaser Points coupon in the same order.
• ❌ Not allowed: Combining a $20 Pleaser Points coupon and a $10 Pleaser Points coupon on one order.

Your VIP tier determines how many points you earn on each order. Silver members earn 1.25 points per $1 spent, while Gold members earn 1.5 points per $1 spent. Points are calculated by multiplying your order total by the tier’s bonus rate, then rounding down to the nearest whole number.

For example:

• If you spend $50 as a Silver member, you’d earn 62 points (since $50 × 1.25 = 62.5, rounded down).
• As a Gold member, that same $50 order would earn 75 points ($50 × 1.5 = 75, with no rounding needed).

VIP Tiers are calculated on a 365-day rolling period, meaning only your activity from the last year counts toward your loyalty status.

• If you reach a new tier, you’ll maintain that status for at least 365 days, even with no additional purchases.
• If you continue shopping, your status may extend further, as long as your last 365 days of purchases still meet the tier criteria.

Silver tier members enjoy free Economy shipping, and Gold tier members enjoy free Standard (3-4 day) shipping, valid for the lower 48 states only (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, military addresses, and US territories).

To ensure fairness and prevent misuse, birthday points require a 30-day waiting period before being issued.

• If your birthday falls within the next 30 days, you can still submit it as usual. Your points will be automatically awarded 30 days after the date you entered.
• This waiting period applies to all new or updated birthday submissions.
